Donna Funk has been my agent and both of my daughters’ families for the last 12 years. She is very knowledgable and always has helped me with changes to our auto, homeowners, umbrella and boat policies. She knows and is comfortable with our families, so as situations change, she has always had suggestions on what companies are the best coverage for each situation. Also, she has always been a friend as well and cares about our family.

I have always looked at Insurance as a necessary prerequisite for family...

I have always looked at Insurance as a necessary prerequisite for family security. Over the years I have not paid much attention to how involved it can be. Recently, after contacting Hoaster Gebhard I was impressed with how thoroughly my policy was developed in my best interest. Their staff did a great job helping me understand my insurance needs. For that reason I feel very comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

Hoaster Gebhard has been my go-to for about 5 years for all my insurance needs. No hassle, they do all the leg work. I was very impressed this past week with their service when I was contacted and explained that my son’s good student discount was about to expire. She asked me to send her his report card and she took care of everything. There was no need for me to call/fax/scan anything to the insurance my self, she did it all. The customer service is top notch and I enjoy when I talk to them. Very polite, friendly and professional.
