Better than expected! My husband and I required new insurance policies. We had never worked with an individual insurance agent. Brad was able to provide the lowest policies with the most coverage. He was extremely accommodating! My husband prefers in person meetings and I prefer text messages. Brad was able to help us and did so in our preferred method of contact. In addition, Brad not only was prompt and responsive, but was also extremely flexible in time! We recently worked with Brad Karli on switching over our home and auto insurance policies and it was as smooth and easy of a process as one could hope for. My wife and I contacted Hoaster Gebhard & Co after being notified that our current homeowner’s insurance company could not insure us after we converted our second home to a business. We contacted the “nationally advertised companies”, who turned us away due to high start-up costs and modest annual revenue. We contacted H-G & Co and worked closely with Brad. Over the next few days, Brad kept us informed as he contacted several companies on our behalf. The result was a $341 annual savings from our initial quote with another local company that had insured another business we had in the past. I strongly recommend Brad and this team. Hoaster Gebhard has helped me with a litany of insurance needs including personal auto insurance with steady vehicle turnover, motorcycle insurance, a commercial auto policy with multiple vehicles, as well as a general liability policy for my tree business (which isn’t something every insurance agency is comfortable handling).
