Chris started his insurance career in 1996 working as a commercial lines underwriter for the Cincinnati Insurance Co. In January 2000 he joined Hoaster Gebhard & Co. as the Director of Business Development. He continued in that position until 2014 when he moved to his correct position as President of HG. Chris attended Vanderbilt University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology in 1996.

Chris is happily married to his wife Sarah, and they have 2 extremely active boys, Davis, and Drew. When he is not chasing them or his dog Opal, you can find him on the golf course, working out, or just spending time outside.
